Financial Capability Workshop

Habitat’s Financial Capability Program equips individuals and families to make knowledge-based financial choices, stabilize their financial life, become successful homeowners and create generational wealth for their families.

The workshops can be considered your first step towards Habitat’s Homebuyer Program. Individuals who successfully complete the workshop will receive a participation incentive, a priority registration link for the next Application Orientation for the Homebuyer Program, and an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a Certified Financial Social Worker.

The Financial Capability Workshops are not Application Orientations for the Homebuyer Program, and certain questions regarding applying for the program cannot be answered during these workshops. The Financial Capability Workshops offer individuals an opportunity to get a head start towards homeownership and financial stability.
