Registration Information
Register now for $175 per individual golfer and $700 per team up until April 19. Day of registration rates will be $200 per individual golfer and $800 per team. To register as an individual golfer, golf team or sponsor click the link below!
A light breakfast will provided. Lunch generously provided by Lee’s Hoagie House. Skill games with prizes, silent auction and more.
